Each Harsha Naturals order is made in small batches and inspected before it ships. Mistakes are rare, but they can happen in transit or in packing. If yours arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, tell us — we'll take care of it without any long forms or back-and-forth.
02Time To Report A Problem
Get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order if it arrived damaged, defective, or wasn't what you ordered. Reports made after this window may not qualify for a replacement or refund.
03When A Return Applies
- The item arrived broken, leaking, or otherwise damaged in transit.
- You received a different product or variant than what you ordered.
- The packaging or seal was already opened or tampered with on arrival.

05Replacement Or Refund

06Not Covered
